Diagnosis
Selection category "" was used in payment advice for item . However, this category was deleted in Customizing after the payment advice was entered.
System Response
It is no longer possible for the system to interpret the payment advice, and it is not possible to select corresponding open items.
Procedure
Ensure that selection category "" is re-created.
Procedure for System Administration
Re-create the missing selection category.
