Error within FM 'JOB_CLOSE' occurred (job &)

Diagnosis
An error has occurred in the function module JOB_CLOSE. Possible causes:
- Authorization RELE for authorization object S_BTCH_JOB is missing. Without this authorization, no jobs can be released.
- In your mass activity, on the tab page Technical Settings you have specified Explicit Load Distribution. One of the target computers does not exist or was not active when the job was run.

- Contact your system administrator so that he/she can assign the authorization mentioned above.
- Check the parameters of the run performed.
