Activate database index & for selection via FKKVKP-DEF_REC

Diagnosis
If the selection of contract accounts is to be performed using a correspondence recipient that is not the default one (field FKKVKP-DEF_REC), a corresponding database index needs to be created. Athough the index named has been defined and activated in the SAP System, it still has to be created in the database.
Procedure
In the database administrator, ensure that the system creates the index for table FKKVKP in the database.
