Database index missing for selection via FKKVKP-DEF_REC

Diagnosis
If the contract accounts are to be selected using the alternative correspondence recipient for the standard case (field FKKVKP-DEF_REC), you have to create a corresponding database index. This is not the case in this installation.
Procedure
Contact your database administrator to have an index created for table FKKVKP. In addition to the client, this index must also use the field DEF_REC. The index must be written and created with SAP transactions so that the information about the existence of the index is stored in the SAP system.
