Diagnosis
In the reversal documents posted, offsetting items were created for the business partner items of the documents to be reversed. The system tried to clear the open business partner items of the document to be reversed with the offsetting items in the reversal document automatically by means of account maintenance. A problem occurred, and the automatic clearing could not be performed.

Perform the account maintenance manually and clear the items in question.
