Internal error: Only transfer tax portion in local currency

Diagnosis
During the creation of a document, the proportionate tax amounts in local currency (SCTAX) were filled in the business partner items, but not the corresponding amounts in the transaction currency (STTAX) This combination is not permitted.
System Response
Error message. The document cannot be posted.
Procedure
Since this is a programming error, you have to terminate processing.
Procedure for System Administration
- Standard SAP program, create an OSS message.
- Customer-developed program, correct the program.
