Document cannot be included in a bundle for one of the following reasons:
- The document does not yet exist in the database as it was just generated in the current process.
- The line item occurred from a repetition specification (budget billing plan, installment plan)
- The document itself is already an installment plan, a collective bill, or a bundle
- The line item has been included as an original item in an installment plan, a collective bill, or a bundle
