Diagnosis
The dunning activity run tried to set a clearing lock. One of the following errors occurred:
- The lock already exists on the database.
No further activities required.
- The information transferred is incomplete.
Check the function module 'VKKMA3_CLEARING_LOCK' and the data transferred to the module.
- You have no authorization for creating lock entries.
Have your authorization profile changed.
- The system could not create the lock entry for a commercial lock because the table in which commercial locks are managed (DFKKLOCKS) was locked.
Enter the clearing lock online.
