Error when setting lock &1 business partner &2 contract acct &3 error: &4

Diagnosis
You want to set a settlement lock from the dunning activity run, but one of the following errors occurs:
- The database already contains the lock
No further action is necessary
- The information transferred is incomplete
Check the 'VKKM_N_INVOICE_LOCK' function module, and the data transferred to it.
- You do not have authorization to create lock entries
Have your authorization profile adapted
- You cannot create a lock entry for a business lock, as there is a database lock in the table that controls business locks (DFKKLOCKS).
Enter the settlement lock online.
