Diagnosis
Document has cleared an item with a zero amount. Resetting this clearing would lead to an open item occurring with a zero amount. However, open items with a zero amount are not permitted.
System Response
Error message. Clearing cannot be reset.
Procedure
Check whether you can post a reversal instead of resetting clearing.
