Taxes on down payments are not possible with external tax systems

Diagnosis
An exterbal tax calculation system is used for calculating taxes in company code . Tax-relevant downpayments are not supported when using external tax systems.

Procedure
Post the down payment or down payment request without taxes. If the reconciliation account in the general ledger forces a tax code, change that master record of the general ledger account so that postings without taxes are also permitted.
