Program error: Function module &1 working incorrectly

Diagnosis
The function module has the task of posting tax postings for other taxes. The starting point is statistical items for taxes that are posted as a receivable on the business partner.
In this case the tax line item amounts do not match the clearing amounts for the statistical receivable, or the tax indicator (FKKOPK-STRKZ) or tax base amounts (FKKOPK-SBASW, FKKOPK-SBASH) are missing in the tax line items.
System Response
The clearing cannot be posted.
