Specifications not permitted in item for other taxes

Diagnosis
In business partner item , is entered as "other tax code". This item is therefore regarded as a statistical receivable for taxes. The following conditions apply to such taxes:
- the item must be flagged with statistics indicator "T"
- the item must not contain any discount
- the tax basis amount must not be zero
- the item must not contain a VAT indicator
- the item must not be flagged as being relevant for withholding tax
In the case in question, one of the conditions is not met.
