Diagnosis
You want to execute one of the following activities for document number :
- Post reversal
- Post return
- Reset cleared items
You cannot carry out these activities if the document contains a line item that was already cleared by another transaction. In this case, a line item has already been cleared with document .
System Response
Error message. The activity cannot be executed.
Procedure
- First reset the clearing . Execute function.
- Then call up the desired processing.
Alternatively you can post the returns in a mode for which the items already cleared are not reopened, but new receivables are posted.
