Formal error: Invalid callup for sample documents

Diagnosis
You want to post a sample document (indicator FKKKO-XMBEL is set), but the program did not use either of the two function modules:
- FKK_CREATE_DOC
- FKK_CREATE_DOC_MASS
to create the document. Only these two function modules permit the creation of sample documents.
This situation can only arise as a result of a program error.
