Definition
Prevents a subagency from reporting according to the net principle. That means, it reports commission entitlements with collection and retains them. If the flag is not set, the subagency always reports according to the gross principle.
Use
Dependencies
If a subagency agency can report according to the net principle, a flag can be set on container level, to show that this also occurs for the container.
