Definition
Interest is also calculated even if this would not be the case due to the frequency selected in the master data to the contract account. There is a calculation for information purposes and this is logged in the corresponding log class. However, the interest is only posted up to and including the last closed interest period.
For the new periods, the interest is only calculated to the issue date for information purposes. There is no posting for this period.
