Documentation
Definition
Indicator for determining the up-to-date stock level ofa store.
Supplementary Documentation - WSRP_DECINVMNG0001
Use
In the three-step replenishment method, the current stock for the store can be calculated when the data for the requirement calculation is generated or when the requirement is actually calculated. This means that the indicator must be set when the data for the requirements calculation is generated or when the requirement calculation itself is run.
If you set the indicator when the data for the replenishment requirements calculation is generated, the current stock data for calculating the replenishment requirement is stored temporarily to optimize the calculation of the current stock when the replenishment requirements calculation is run.
If the current stock is calculated when the data for the requirements calculation is generated, stock changes are not included in the calculation if they were not posted at POS inbound but were generated between the generation of the data for the replenishment requirements calculation and the actual running of the calculation itself.
If you only want to use material-customer combinations in replenishment-based inventory management, you do not have to calculate the stock situation when you calculate the replenishment requirement data and when you actually calculate the replenishment requirement.

Three-Step Replenishment Method
In the three-step replenishment method, the current stock for the store can be calculated when the data for the requirement calculation is generated or when the requirement is actually calculated. This means that the indicator must be set when the data for the requirement calculation is generated or when the requirement calculation itself is run.
If the indicator is set when the data for the replenishment requirement calculation is generated, the current stock data for calculating the replenishment requirement is stored temporarily to optimize the calculation of the current stock when the replenishment requirement calculation is run.
If the current stock is calculated when the data for the requirement calculation is generated, stock changes are not included in the calculation if they were not posted at POS inbound but were generated between the generation of the data for the replenishment requirement calculation and the actual running of the calculation itself.
If you only want to use material-customer combinations when using replenishment-based inventory management, you do not have to calculate the recipient's stock when you calculate the replenishment requirement data and when you actually calculate the replenishment requirement.
In the two-step replenishment method, the current stock for the store is always calculated. The indicator for this must therefore always be set. You do not have to use this function, however, if you only want to use material-customer combinations in replenishment-based inventory management.
