Documentation
Definition
Lower limit of the interval of posting periods for which data below a certainRecasting Version is updated.
Use
The start of the recasting period is for all versions of type '1' (FI), type '3' (simulation) or type '5' (FI and simulation) always the current posting period. In this case, you enter the value 0.
For versions of type '2' (Reporting) and type '4' (alternative calendar), the start of the recasting period shows the number of posting periods, starting with the current posting period, that the system reads into the past in order to construct the recasting data.
The posting period that marks the start of the recasting period is subjected to a repeated RMA calculation under the assumption that all subsequent reclassifications would have been made before the start of the period. On the basis of this result, all subsequent posting periods of the recasting period are recalculated.
