Definition
The status indicates the state of the data records. There are three options here:
- Green
Indicates a data record that already exists in the system i.e. a data record that has already been processed and saved. - Yellow
Indicates a new data record that did not previously exist in the system. After maintenance, it must be saved. - Red
Indicates a deleted data record, whereby this either already exists in the system or is a newly selected data record that was removed from the selection.
