Documentation
Definition
Stock quantity of a material that is taken into account as a partial quantity of the current stock in price planning for price plan items.
Use
In price planning, the stock of a material is only included for the sites for which the planning of new sales prices is relevant. Whether planning is relevant - according to the condition technique used in the sales price calculation - depends on the planning level (organizational level: distribution chain, site price list or site) and the existence of sales prices at more specific levels.
In the Price Planning Workbench, the included quantity can be displayed in the work area in aggregated form for material items or in detail for the underlying organizational levels.
Dependencies
In price planning, the included stock quantity and the non-included stock quantity together equal the current stock.
Example
You perform price planning for a distribution chain with ten sites, which each have 100 pieces of a certain material in stock.
Example 1: Three sites in the distribution chain have a site-specific sales price. There are no sales prices for site price lists. The current stock for the material item in the price plan is 1000 pieces, however, the included quantity is only 700 pieces. The non-included quantity is therefore 300 pieces.
Example 2: Four sites belong to a site price list for which there is a specific sales price. In addition, three sites have a site-specific sales price, although one of these sites is assigned to the site price list. Altogether therefore, six sites have a more specific sales price than the planning level distribution chain. As price planning for the distribution chain only affects four sites, the included quantity is 400 pieces and the non-included quantity is 600 pieces.
Example 3: In price planning for the site price list mentioned, the current stock is 400 pieces and the included quantity is 300 pieces.
