Definition

Lowest of all prices that will be overridden or changed by the current promotion. The system ignores both regular prices that you have already overridden in other promotions and promotion prices that you have not changed yet in the current promotion.

Use

If you have excluded price increases in Customizing, the new final price must not exceed the value of the minimum price.

If you have allowed price increases in Customizing, but you want the system to output a warning message, this message appears when the new final price exceeds the value of the minimum price.
