Documentation
Definition
Status that indicates the extent to which the the planned total budget has been used up. In the Price Planning Workbench, the status is indicated by traffic light icons.
Use
The budget status can be set specifically for a customer in the Business Add-In WRF_PPW_X_BG_STAT_E.
In the stardard system delivered, the status is set in accordance with the budget still available. A green traffic light indicates that the total budget has not yet been exhausted (available budget has a positive value), a yellow traffic light indicates that the total budget has been exceeded by the price plans (available budget is negative), however, the budget deficit is still within the defined tolerance range. A red traffic light indicates that the budget deficit is outside of the tolerance limit.
Dependencies
In the standard system, the status attribute specifies which planning level in budget planning causes the budget to be exceeded.
