You can use this option to prevent that the selection screen is processed when an allocation strategy is executed for each variant of a generic material. If the indicator is set, this applies to all variants of the generic material.
If the allocation strategy is executed for a second time when an item is being created/changed, the system reverses this indicator in background processing.

The variant items must refer to a generic material item in the allocation table, that is to say, the creation of variants takes place using a generic material item.
