Documentation
Definition
Status of a worklist or worklist item in the discontinuation run.
Use
The following values are possible:
- 1 - Not checked
This status is only used for internal purposes (or future developments).
- 2 - Check failed
This status is assigned to worklist items when the corresponding material is blocked, a workflow to discontinue the article is already active, or the discontinuation check caused an error.
- 3 - Check passed
- 4 - Discontinued
This status does not necessarily mean that the system has set a deletion flag. A workitem for a discontinuation workflow might also have set this value.
In general, the system only sets a deletion flag when the discontinuation check for the item passed and the discontinuation date is earlier than or equal to today's date. The system creates work items for items that fail the check and for discontinuations that lie in the future.
