Definition
In parallel processing, it is often the case that all processes are occupied and therefore unavailable for processing the next parallel processing unit (parallel processes are normally split up by plant).
If all resources are fully occupied, the system waits for a time before trying again to find free processes (the length of time is defined in parameter timeout 1 ), and start a new process. If all resources continue to be occupied, the program run continues and error messages may be issued.
This field is only relevant for parallel processing.
