Definition
The status of the cession notification is used to monitor and control the deletion of requested data records.
Status Processing
If a request is to be deleted, the status must be set to "Ready for deletion".
This process is different when data is exchanged with the state pension office in North Rhine-Westphalia: If a request is to be deleted due to death, the status "Ready for deletion due to death" must be set and date of death specified. If this status is used in communication with the Postal Pension Service or Federal Miners' Insurance, it may lead to the request being rejected.
The process of deleting an information request is triggered by report RPLRZBD0. It changes the status to "Deletion requested".
The data record received from the pension office for confirmation or rejection is evaluated by report RPLRZAD0. It changes the cession status to either "Deletion requested" or "Deletion rejected".
