Use
A condition contract can define special conditions that are granted by a party (owner of the condition contract) and that apply for a number of eligible partners. Sometimes a third party is involved in reaching a contract agreement on behalf of the eligible partners. You can enter this party in the "External Partner" field. Any value can be entered in the standard system, without the need for a check.
