Definition

Determines whether the trading contract flag 'Network archived' is taken into account when articles are being selected for archiving.

Use

If you use association management or additional data from Global Trade Management (table WBGT), you may only archive trading contracts once all follow-on documents have been archived. The reason for this is that all association and additional data is archived together with the trading contracts. If you set this flag, only trading contracts where the field 'Network archived' has the value 'A' will be archived. This flag can be set with the program RWB2_ARCHIVE_PREPARE. The program imports the entire association network and the additional data for all follow-on items in a trading contract and checks whether all the follow-on documents concerned have already been archived. Only then is the flag 'Network archived' set.
