Use

A business process step group is a quantity of business process steps. In the Trading Execution Workbench (TEW), only steps contained in the group that has been entered will be displayed. By selecting the groups correctly, it is possible to restrict the contents of the list boxes. If this is not done, the business process step groups have no influence on the actions of the TEW. Business process step groups are not to be used as key for selecting follow-on actions.

Example

Business process steps can be created for inporting, exporting or domestic trading. The steps defined are assigned to the appropriate groups. You can, however, assign a particular business process step to more than one group.
