Definition

Provides information about the status of a document item in Global Trade Management.

The following characteristics exist:

  • Space: the item is active
  • X: the item is inactive
  • C: the item is canceled
  • 1: the current item has return delivery items
  • 2: the item is a return delivery item

The values '1' and '2' are only provided if there is a return delivery for a goods receipt.

Example

  • If an item is logically deleted, its value is set to 'X'.
  • If an item is canceled, its value is set to 'C'. The item of the cancellation document gets the value 'X'.
  • If there is a partial or complete return delivery to the vendor for an item of a goods receipt, then the item of the goods receipt gets the value '1' to indicate that the current item has return deliveries. The item of the return delivery gets the value '2'.
