Definition
Data element WB2_ASSOC_LEVEL describes the assocation level for candidates in item processing in association management.
In item management, sales items and purchasing items are assigned to one sales contract in item processing in association management. The association level defines how exact the association must be.
You have the following options:
- Portfolio/Material
- The target sales contract and purchase contract must have the same portfolio/material. You are only allowed to associate the sales contract and purchase contract when the portfolio and material are exactly the same. This is the most accurate level.
- Portfolio/Material Group
- The target sales contract and purchase contract may have different materials but you are allowed to associate if the material group is the same.
- Portfolio
- You are allowed to associate target sales contract and purchase contract if the contracts have the same portfolio. They may have different material groups and even materials.
