Definition

In the ATV and ATV-K (collective agreements for pension plan), sections 39 and 38 contain a regulation for old cases with regard to the additional contribution amount/contribution, which is only due if the remuneration liable to SP contributions exceeds the sum of the final basic remuneration and family-related bonus of a married, childless salaried employee of remuneration group I BAT (VKA) or BAT-0 (VKA) --- once annually, including the bonus, if the employee receives a bonus liable to SP contributions.

Use

This field is only still used to calculate the additional contribution amounts/contributions for the old cases and to be able to provide the personnel number to the SPI.
