Definition

You can create the distribution key individually for each employer. The notification program evaluates the fields and fills the distribution key with the relevant values.

If the first character in the first field is blank, the remaining fields are not evaluated. The distribution key then remains empty.

The notification program evaluates the following values:

• You enter any character in quotation marks. (For example, if you enter "/", the character / is displayed in the distribution key.)
• You enter a customer value starting with a Z. The corresponding value must be determined and returned in a user exit. To do this, use the function module EXIT_RPCZVMD0_001.
• WKT: Personnel subarea
• BTT: Personnel area
• NAK: Name in short form (the first 12 characters of the name as written for DUEVO.)
• VSN: Employee's insurance number
• PSN: Employee's personnel number
• AGN: Account number
• NAN: Employee's last name
• VON: Employee's first name
