Definition
Controls how certain data is transferred from a specified sample transaction.
Use
You use this indicator to control whether an existing category 8 generic transaction (sample) is to be used to fill certain fields of new generic transactions.
If you set this indicator, then the system allows you to access the template transaction field so you can enter values and use the input help.
If you do not set the indicator, then the system does not select any transaction as a template, and creates the relevant fields as blank fields.
This affects the fields in the Extended Class and Transaction Environment areas on the Master Data tab page.
Note: To create sample transactions, in the SAP Easy Access menu choose Bank Applications -> Risk Analysis -> Market Risk Analysis -> Master Data -> Bank Transaction -> Generic Transaction.
