Documentation
Definition
The upper limit percentage calculated automatically is evaluated during pension imputation in accordance with section 55 of BeamtVG.
The upper limit percentage is calculated automatically based on the time between the seventeenth birthday of the person in question and the start of the pension event plus the time (according to section 12a of BeamtVG) by which the pensionable employment period is increased and time taken into account in the pension for employment or activities (after the start of the pension event) that are liable to pension insurance contributions.
The upper limit percentage calculated automatically is transferred to this field within pension administration and can be overwritten by manually entering a different upper limit percentage in the adjacent field (right).
The "Automatically Calculated Upper Limit Percentage" field is then only used during pension imputation if the "Percentage Upper Limit" field is not maintained.
