Definition
A set of valid values for a subassignment.
Use
You define a maximum set for the subassignment in the breakdown category if you want to permit only a subset of all possible values of the subassignment for the respective items.
When this done, input help (F4) lists only the narrowed-down hit list and the system validates all entries against the maximum set.
Dependencies
The settings take effect only if the indicator for using maximum sets is selected in the global system settings of Consolidation under Breakdown Categories.
