Use

If you want the system to automatically determine the change request type when a business activity is being called, you need to assign the business activity to the appropriate change request type.

Dependencies

If the system performs the business activity in the background, the activity can be assigned to only one change request type; this ensures that the assignment remains unique.

Example

You perform the business activity "Creation of a Supplier Using Enterprise Service". You have assigned the business activity to the corresponding type of change request. When creating a new supplier using this enterprise service, the system automatically creates the associated change request in the background.
