Use
If you select this checkbox, the user can choose in the search application whether the system executes an exact search or a fuzzy search. The fuzzy search also finds variants in a written formulation, for example, different ways of writing a name.
If you do not select this checkbox, the user does not have any means of input for this type of search in the search application.
Note that the fuzzy search is not relevant for database search and remote key search.
