By selecting this checkbox, you indicate whether the Personnel subarea grouping for time quota types for attendance/absence quotas or the Personnel subarea grouping for leave types for leave types is to be included when generating reporting quota types.

Example

You have defined leave quotas for various Personnel subareas. If you want to define your own reporting quota types for each of these leave types, select this checkbox. On the other hand, if you want to group together identical leave quotas for business-related reasons, do not select the checkbox.
