Specifies the source year within the controlling area of a planning area.
Use
The source year is only used within the history-based budgeting method: It specifies from which year the actual costs should be made available as the initial basis for the maintenance cost budgeting.
Also, the reference year is used within the maintenance cost budgeting or the queries available there as a default value for annual comparisons (for example, planning data from budgeting year versus actual data from reference year).
