Definition
According to the old law, the percentage entered in this field was used to calculate the proportion of remuneration liable to SI contributions, which the employer has to pay to the SPI as a special payment.
Since the supplementary pension reform that introduced the ATV and ATV-K collective agreements (signed in March 2002), this special rule no longer applies in the case of leave and no replacement rule exists. This also means that wage types /281 and /290 are not calculated.
