Definition

Technical name of root node of a measure catalog that serves as an identifier of the entire measure catalog.

Use

The name of a measure catalog (technical description) is subject to the following rules:

  • It must start with a letter (Exceptions: The names of catalogs delivered by SAP start with the number "0"; the standardized names of catalogs delivered by external providers start with a forward slash "\").
  • You are not allowed to use any umlauts ("ä", "ö", "ü"), no "ß", and no other letters with diacritics (for example, "á").
  • The second and following characters may also be numerals
  • It is not case-sensitive
