An action list is added when you create a collection case. The system that creates the case, presets the first action list with the case attribute FCL_ACLIST.

Dependencies
This case attribute is only used to create a collection case. If it is not set, the system uses the action list that is flagged as default in the Customizing of Debt Recovery Management for Public Sector in IMG activity Include Actions in Action List.
