Definition

When a collection case is created the system adds an action list. The system that creates the case pre-sets the first action list with the case attribute FCL_ACLIST. If this case attribute is not set, the system uses the action list that is flagged as default in the Customizing of Debt Recovery Management for Public Sector.

Use

Only select one action list as default. If you select several action lists as default, the system uses the first action list when creating the collection case.

Dependencies

To display the case attribute FCL_ACLIST in the collection case, you must adjust the attribute profile accordingly in the Customizing of Debt Recovery Management
