Definition
Visiting hours of contact person at customer
Use
The visiting hours of a contact person are displayed on the worklist in Collections Management to help the collection specialist when making contact with the customer. If the visiting hours have passed, you can refresh the worklist to have the system determine the next possible visting hours for the contact person.
Dependencies
You maintain the visiting hours in the standard contact person relationship Is Contact Person of or Has Contact Person on the tab page SD Data in the relationship maintenance for the business partner.
If you use the standard master data synchronization (CVI), the visiting hours are automatically returned from the visiting hours from the contact person of the corresponding customer.
