Definition
The maximum valuation is the maximum number that a customer can reach for a strategy if he fulfills the conditions of all rules.
Use
The system can calculate the maximum valuation. The system calculates the maximum valuation as the total of the valuations of the rules.
However, you can also enter the maximum valuation manually. This may be necessary in the following cases, for example:
- You use a rule with a prerequisite more than once in a strategy such that only one of the rules can be fulfilled.
- You use a rule with an amount interval in the condition more than once in a strategy.
Dependencies
Using the ratio of points actually reached for the maximum valuation, the system calculates the percentage rate that defines the priority of the customer on the worklist.
Example
- In a rule you use the basic rule BR00000001 (risk class) as a prerequisite, use the rule more than once in a strategy, and valuate, for example:
- 2 points for risk class A
4 points for risk class B
3 points for risk class not A, not B
In this case, 4 points would be included in the maximum valuation.
- In a rule you use the basic rule BR00000002 (total of overdue items) as a condition, use the rule more than once in the strategy, and valuate, for example:
- 3 points for a total amount between 100 and 1000
6 points for a total amount larger than 1000
In this case, 6 points would be included in the maximum valuation.
