Definition

The main contact person for a business partner in Collections Management is the contact person selected as such in receivables processing.

Use

The main contact person is included as a contact person at the customer in a worklist item when the worklist is created. For the worklist, name, telephone number, and calling hours and visiting times are relevant.

Dependencies

The system fills the field automatically. In receivables processing, you can select a temporary contact person (without a master record in the system) or a contact person of another business partner as the main contact person. In this case, the key of the main contact person is not displayed in either the master record maintenance of the business partner or in the worklist.
