Definition
A collection rule formulates prerequisites and conditions that a business partner in a collection segment must fulfill in order to receive valuation points.
Prerequesites and conditions of rules are portrayed as basic rules .
Use
Rules are listed for each strategy. These rules reflect the reasons why a business partner is to be contacted. The more important a rule is to be in the current strategy, the higher its valuation should be.
For rules where parameters are required for the prerequisites or conditions (for example, amount limits or time intervals), you have to enter these parameters when you maintain the strategy.
Dependencies
During the analysis of the business partners, the valuation points of the rules that apply for the business partner are added together. The higher the total, the higher the priority of the related worklist item.
