Calling hours of contact person at customer

Use

The calling hours of a contact person are displayed on the worklist in Collections Management to help the collection specialist when making contact with the customer. If the calling hours have passed, you can refresh the worklist to have the system determine the next possible calling hours for the contact person.

Dependencies

You maintain the calling hours in the standard contact person relationship Is Contact Person of or Has Contact Person on the tab page SD Data in the relationship maintenance for the business partner.
